Introduction
Before you deposit, trade, or send crypto on Trugi, check that the asset and network are supported. Sending an unsupported asset, or using the wrong network, can prevent funds from arriving and may make them unrecoverable. This guide lists the assets and networks Trugi supports.
Supported assets
| Asset | Name | Network |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | Bitcoin |
| ETH | Ethereum | Ethereum |
| USDT | Tether | Ethereum (ERC-20) |
| CTC | Mainnet Creditcoin | Creditcoin Mainnet |
In addition, you can deposit and withdraw NGN (Nigerian naira) through your linked Aella account.
Important network notes
- Always confirm the network shown in the app before depositing or sending. The asset and network must match exactly.
- For CTC, only the Creditcoin Mainnet (EVM) side is supported. Substrate-side assets (mCTC) and Substrate addresses are not supported.
- If an address is valid on more than one network, the app will ask you to confirm which network you are using before continuing.
How to check before you transact
- Open the deposit, send, or trade screen for the asset you want to use.
- Review the asset name and network shown in the app.
- If the asset or network you need is not listed, do not send the funds — they may not arrive and may not be recoverable.
